Upon taking ownership of the campground in May 2021, Joe & Shari have worked tirelessly cleaning up the property and making improvements. The camping sites, roads, walking / biking trails, and playground area have all been upgraded for your enjoyment. We are a Good Sam Park with very high ratings, our restrooms & showers are 2nd to none and cleanliness of them is a top priority to us. Our goal for the campground is to become a destination park for your vacation, & more of a family friendly place to visit. Enjoy camping in our quiet and shady country setting located in North/Central Michigan. We are conveniently located on Old U.S. 27/M-61 immediately off U.S. 127 at exit 170. Our entrance is between the Marathon gas station and Burger King. One of our most important assets is our courteous and friendly management. We’re a destination campground with major shopping, restaurants and Casino within 30 minutes, also a convenient stopping point before reaching Mackinac Bridge, Sault Ste. Marie, or Porcupine Mountains.
Closest campground and easiest access to Rocks and Valleys Off-Road Park. There’s also 20 lakes within 20 minutes of our campground, and fishing piers on Budd Lake are only minutes away. Conveniently located near several ORV trails with easy access right across from our property. “If 5 mph speed limit is obeyed” ORV’s are allowed to travel to & from your campsite.

We also provide free Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), clean and spacious restrooms with USB charging stations (Qualcomm 2.0 compatible, fast charge), laundry facility, and a dump station. Our camp store is stocked with several camping necessities, Ice, goodies for the kids, & RV supplies. We also have a 36′ x 64′ enclosed pavilion with kitchen available for rent; graduation parties, weekend events, reunions and other special events are always welcome. We offer many outdoor recreational activities including: horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball, bocci ball, tether ball, walking/biking trails, and “hey”rides. Our other scheduled activities include: “Hey”rides, Adventure Weekends, Square dancing & lessons (on select weekends), treasure hunts, sea shell searches, community ice cream socials, and more. (Check schedule with office)

Two (2) Onsite trailer rentals
Trailer 1 is a Salem LE 25′ (no slide outs) with A/C, furnace, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, queen bed plus bunk beds (one single and one double).
Trailer 2 is a Salem LE 26′ with a living area slide out, A/C, furnace. microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, queen size bed & pull out double bed. Both units are limited to couples (two adults) or families (up to five). No “parties.” No pets allowed and no smoking in trailers. Rental Agreement
Minimum two night stay. One night non-refundable deposit. Call for more information.
Please bring your own linen and/or sleeping bags. Tableware, cooking ware, coffee pot and toaster provided!
What could be easier? Just $125 per night.
RV storage area with availability to store 6 RV units. Each site is 12′ wide and range from 17′ to 40′ in length. Monthly storage is $100.
